Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 can Refried Beans
1 package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
1 package Tex-Mex Cheese
1 small container Sour Cream
2 bags Tostitos Scoops
Cook's Note
If you don't have an oven safe pan, you can fry the beef in a non-stick skillet then transfer the mixture into a baking pan before step 3
Directions
1.
In a cast iron pan, brown the Ground Beef. Then add Old El Paso Taco Seasoning packette and a 2/3 cup of water, combine and let the mixture simmer down. This is a good time to preheat the oven

Add Refried Beans to the pan and mix until combined

Turn off the heat, then layer Sour Cream and Tex-Mex Cheese

Bake in the center rack until the cheese on top is melted. Enjoy with Tostitos Scoops
