Ingredients
2 lb. Ground Beef
2 litres Chicken Stock, or Beef Stock
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium sized Onion, diced
4 cloves Garlic
1 can Tomato Paste
1 can Diced Tomatoes
4 medium Cremini Mushrooms, cut into chunks
1 can Black Beans, drained & rinsed
1 packette Chili Seasoning, or taco seasoning
Cook's Note
For Chili Seasoning mix Cumin, Chili Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Oregano, and some Salt and Pepper
Directions
Add the Olive Oil to a dutch oven and sauté the Onion until it's soft then add the Garlic.
Add the Ground Beef to the pot and cook until the beef is almost browned. Then add the Chili Seasoning.
Stir these ingredients for a sec one at a time in this order. Tomato Paste, Cremini Mushrooms, Black Beans, Diced Tomatoes (with their juice), Chicken Stock.
Simmer the chili until it's thick enough
